Creating and governing technological innovation is increasingly in the hands of everyone — not just engineers, entrepreneurs and politicians. What does the democratization of technology look like in Minnesota? Where is it headed? Secretary of State Ritchie will review some history of technological development in Minnesota and lessons learned as we incorporate new technological opportunities in an environment of constraints.
